Shaman

Summary

Shamans are at the spiritual center of Bubb society, venerating agricultural harvests, coming of age ceremonies and handling the daily affairs of the Shrines.

Shamans are also known to handle induction of new Bubbs coming from other societies, especially Bubbs defecting from less prosperous or crumbling societies and this could even take place during a battle.

Shamans trying to convince Bubbs to join their society don't do such a great job when they are under a tyrannical regime however...

Tactics

Units must break morale before they can be converted, you do not need a Shaman to get morale down to 0.

You can stack multiple Shamans to boost the morale of an allied unit above its soft cap. Pair these with a Juggernaut to deal an incredible amount of damage.

Shamans benefit from ranged-line upgrades, so if you are running a ranged-line heavy tech focus, be sure to put Shamans to use.

If your subject opinion is negative, you will not be able to convert units. An incredibly benevolent player will have an easy time converting.

Trivia

Buildings do not have morale, and therefore cannot be converted.

Shamans were originally called Shabubbs, but due to it being an original word rather than a description (e.g Spear-man, Bow-man) the name was changed back.
